We are an interdisciplinary creative studio of Architecture and Design; we create experiences in space at different scales.
With over 100 projects in our portfolio since 2016, focused on architecture, interior design and furniture design, our main purpose is to create quality atmospheres for the experience, in a conscious and sustainable way. For us, architecture, beyond the craft, is the fundamental lens through which we perceive the world, from the general outlines of the macro to the smallest details. Architecture does not shape spaces; it creates a complete universe, an atmosphere that includes man and aims at his well-being. Therefore, we value each part of the whole and bring this vision to each new design, creating in a multidisciplinary and collaborative way, with a careful perspective for the individuality of each project. We are always researching, permeating various areas in our production and actively working in the universe of architecture, interiors, furniture and object design, scenography and photography. Our innovative language is the starting point for our projects, which only assume their maximum potential when they encounter the individuality of each new challenge. Each of our projects is a unique universe, to be embraced and translated into architecture.
Our practice is rooted in the awareness that creating complex projects demands collaboration between professionals and the appreciation of each one of them. There are dozens of professionals involved in our projects, who join forces with our leadership according to the demand and individuality of each new challenge. With each new project, trustworthy teams join us, ensuring that each client's individuality is met in the best way possible, to its maximum potential.
Our way of working is the result of years of experience, and as a new generation we are committed to seeking new horizontal ways of collaborating, valuing the professionals involved and providing the best working conditions for everyone. We believe in a collaborative and sustainable future that values our profession and everyone involved in this complex and beautiful process of creating architecture, from design to execution.

Gabriela Mestriner
Fundadora da Flipê, Gabriela é Arquitetura, Designer interdisciplinar e empreendedora, foi nomeada Forbes Under 30 Brasil em 2022. Gabriela assina a Direção criativa com olhar atento e multidisciplinar, criando através de sua produção, pontes entre arquitetura, design, fotografia e cenografia.
Formada pelo Mackenzie e UCLM Espanha, atualmente cursa sua pós-graduação em Design em Nova Iorque na Pratt Institute.

Clarissa Corrêa
Arquiteta e sócia da Flipê, formada pela Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, com pós-graduação pela Chelsea College of Arts Londres e mais de 10 anos de experiência em grandes escritórios nacionais.
Lidera o desenvolvimento e participa da criação e execução dos projetos de arquitetura e interiores.

Lucca Demari
Sócio responsável pela gestão de execução de projetos na Flipê desde 2020, assina a direção de Obras. Arquiteto formado pela Belas Artes em São Paulo, possui experiências diversas em arquitetura, construção e industria civil.
